This purpose-built bed & breakfast offers privacy yet is conveniently located to the airport, fishing harbor, restaurants, shopping, snorkeling, golf, and Kailua-Kona within minutes. Enjoy a well-deserved respite in the adorable cottage or cozy studio. The peaceful country atmosphere and comfortable accommodations will help you experience the aloha spirit.

In-room continental breakfasts include Kona coffee, tea, muffins, breads, or pastries, tropical fruits and juices. Breakfasts are stocked in your room the day before so you can be off the next day on an early adventure, or enjoy a private leisurely morning.

We also offer a No Breakfast Discount Option. You can choose this option on the Book Online Reservation Form, and a $10 discount will be applied to the daily rate. Your wet bar/kitchenette is well equipped with a compact refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster oven, hot plate, microwave, and dishes.
